MULTIPLE MYELOMA SUPPORT GROUP
FAIRFIELD COUNTY, CONNECTICUT
PURPOSE: The support group was started in November 2001 for the benefit of multiple myeloma patients and their caregivers. Other family members and friends are always welcome. Special attention is given to newly-diagnosed patients, and those in remission are able to offer encouragement based on their own experiences. The twin objectives are to provide information about treatments, doctors, clinical trials, etc. and to exchange knowledge in a way that will offer support to those coping with the disease.
MEETINGS: Meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month (unless that falls on a holiday when it would be rescheduled) from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 1848 Post Road (corner of Ring's End Road), Darien, in the Terrace Room.
FACILITATOR: For additional information, please contact:

About 1 1/4 miles along, you'll come to traffic lights at 3 successive blocks. The first has a schoolyard on the right, the next has Noroton Presbyterian Church on the left, the third is the one you want. St. Luke's is a stone building on the far right corner. Turn right, for probably less than 100 yards, to the second driveway on the left, which will bring you into the parking lot. The Terrace room is in the admin building, dead ahead.
